After the horrors of Second World War, European countries established a new political and legal framework with aim protecting individuals against excesses State preventing such from happening again. This order was launched by Council Europe, founded in 1949 promoting human rights democracy throughout Europe. The Council’s first task to draft Convention on Human Rights, adopted 4 November 1950, inspired 1948 Universal Declaration Rights. undertaking aimed at reinforcing making them binding avoid violation fundamental freedoms States.
